The role supports the review and modernization of Planning & Schedule processes in line with IPDT Model Best Practices, ensuring alignment across the program for optimal decision making. It also develops and implements program‑wide requirements, a contingency management process, and manages IPDT procedures, systems and toolsets for contract program management.
A program‑wide view of planning and scheduling is maintained to guarantee consistency, assist projects and supply chains, and reduce cost and schedule overruns by sharing best practices. Real‑time reporting linked to the Program Control Centre enables "Best for Program" decisions, while program‑level risk management and stakeholder engagement are overseen according to the Stakeholder Management Plan.
