Assist in updating project schedules by entering progress information under guidance from the Senior Scheduler.
Maintain basic schedule documentation, including activity lists, calendars, and coding structures.
Assist in comparing planned vs. actual progress and highlight any differences to the planning team.
Help gather schedule inputs from site teams.
Help organize project data for resource and productivity tracking.
Coordinate, collect, verify, and integrate the work scope for all entities into the total project plan.
Support the preparation of weekly or monthly schedule progress reports and summaries for project meetings.
File and maintain schedule records in shared drives or document control systems.

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
Self-starter attitude, ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Previous experience on construction / infrastructure projects is good to have
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to dig into data.
Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) would be nice to have
Excellent MS Office skills
