Senior Logistics Manager

Description

• Lead and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage procurement of materials and supply chain processes to ensure timely project execution
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure proper logistics support
• Coordinate transportation and warehousing operations to maintain operational efficiency
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with project goals and operational needs
• Oversee inventory management, tracking, and reporting to minimize delays and reduce costs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics best practices
