Gensler UAE is hiring an Interior Design Graduate on a part‑time basis. The role works Monday through Wednesday, 8 am to 5 pm, totaling 24 hours per week, and supports a range of hospitality, commercial, mixed‑use, entertainment and retail projects.
Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in commercial, retail or hospitality interiors, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited design school, and strong communication and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and an understanding of materials, finishes and FF&E are required.
The position expects working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Rhino for design authoring, as well as exposure to computational design tools such as Grasshopper or Dynamo and building‑performance software. Real‑time visualization using Enscape or Twinmotion is also valued.
Gensler promotes a people‑first culture with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, disability and wellness programs, profit sharing, bi‑annual bonuses, and reimbursement for tuition and professional licensing.
