- Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- PMP certification required; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex projects in project and construction management.
- Deep knowledge of construction industry, infrastructure development, and UAE local regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and advanced MS Office.
- Expertise in construction management tools, risk management software, and financial management systems.
- Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven decision‑making ability in high‑pressure environments.
- International project experience, preferably in the Middle East; fluency in English, Arabic a plus.
- In‑depth understanding of PMCM methodologies and sustainable construction/LEED processes.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic construction landscape in Dubai and the UAE.
