Adaptability to evolving internal client needs and direction from the Learning & Development Director
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience designing and facilitating leadership development, professional development, or technical training programs
Background in e-learning content development or instructional design
5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, instructional design, or organizational development
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office products including Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proficiency with LMS administration (Absorb preferred)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with HR project management or program development
