Risk and Compliance Analyst

• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors

Requirements

• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of performing documentation review (i.e. constitutional documents, partnership agreements, organizational documents, KYC, etc.) and quality checking datapoints found in documents
• Willingness to work flexible hours, as necessary, in order to meet monthly and quarterly deliverable deadlines and to provide e
• Ability to work well under pressure with high degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively interact throughout the company
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Decision-making, time management and organizational skills
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
• Preferred 2 years’ experience of performing contract due diligence for Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Financial Institutions and major Corporate clients
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
• Organized and detail oriented
• Sound understanding of a wide variety of contract types such as bilateral loans, syndicate loans, derivatives agreements, etc.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to be flexible to adapt to changing conditions
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point skillsStrong process-related skills
