Develop project scopes; estimate equipment, installations, and engineering costs and prepare project schedules for Appropriation Requests
Design of and/or oversee preparation of construction drawings packages for capital projects
Specification and procurement of equipment and engineering and construction services
Oversee field construction activities
Complete all project assignments within established scope, budget, and schedule
Work with existing facilities for maintenance, repair and improvement projects
This position is responsible for project management and process engineering services. The position will involve projects in their full scope from initial estimating, proposal submission, construction and start-up. The position will also be available to assist manufacturing plants with safety, quality, process optimization and productivity improvements.
Ability to plan and coordinate a project from start to finish
Ability to handle multiple projects
Engineering design experience
BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
5 years Project Management experience, preferred
Experience in wallboard or equivalent manufacturing plant and process a plus
Ability to work in a team environment
Computer skills – Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, experience with SAP a plus
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication skills
Thorough understanding of OSHA safety regulations related to assigned projects

Competitive Salary, with a general salary range of $111,744.00 to $139,680.00, or higher depending on education and experience.
