Experienced Pest Control Technician responsible for delivering professional pest management solutions in a social housing environment.
Lead investigations into and take action to resolve pest problems
Take appropriate action to deal with a range of issues and situations as they arise by giving practical appropriate advice or assistance, reporting more complex issues to the Manager for guidance.
Attend all relevant training courses e.g. practical training, college training and internal training associated with the post
Liaise with internal and external departments and agencies such as Yorkshire Water
Support the provision of a pest control service, following work programmes, inspecting and monitoring work progress to effectively and efficiently deliver a fully integrated and comprehensive customer-focused Pest Management service within Estate Services.
Respond to emergency situations and urgent requests as required and instructed by the Manager/Supervisor within normal day to day hours.
Update records accurately in line with procedures using IT software packages
