What you would be doing

- Ensuring on time documentation and HOD submission
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (I&C Contractor/ASP's) for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop detailed project scope, objectives and timelines ensuring all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Making project execution plan and getting approval from client. Must have experience in project planning tools including resource allocations and managing dependancies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Close co-ordination with factory and logistics team to ensure smooth material delivery, unloading and placement
- Making good professional relations with clients, consultants and vendors to help in smooth execution of projects
- Verification of vendor bills / approval process till payment to vendors. Must ensure on time vendor bill submission till payment
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Co-ordinate with Safety officer and must ensure 100% EHS at site (including all the parties hired).

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP certification will be value addition
- Strong Data Management skill- MS Office, AI Tools etc
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in same industry
- Technical Diploma or BE or BTech
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline including crisis management in critical situations.
- BE in Electrical / Electronics with 6-8 years of experience or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics with 10-12 years of experience in Data Center COLO turney key project execution
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience of end to end project management. Should have Knowledge & Hand own experince in CAD/Drawings submission
- Knowledge of UPS, Electrical SLD analysis and end to end Data Centre projects execution
- Strong in documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Superb work ethic and growth mindset.
- Excellent listening, customer service, negotiation and team handling skills.
- Job Requires extended working hours at site & the person should be flexible to be avaiable to customer for such need of Hour(as & when arises)
