The Business Process Owner oversees the optimization and integration of operational data processes, acting as the key liaison between data management teams, IT, and business stakeholders. The role ensures data accuracy and consistency across the organization while driving continuous improvement.

Continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Monitor process blockers and adjust related data.
Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot process‑related issues.
Collaborate with Data Governance to establish practices that ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Define, develop, and document operational data processes, standards, and best practices.
Drive completion of data quality controls and standards within the business.
Manage remediation of data audits and validations.
Act as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT Business Partners, Data Analysts, and Business Units to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
Work cross‑functionally with other business teams to drive process improvements and resolve blockers.
Provide training and support on data processes to end users.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field, and has at least five years of experience in data management or process improvement. Experience in manufacturing environments, OTC function ownership, and hands‑on SAP ERP usage is required, while project‑management expertise is a strong plus.
