  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Civil3D and AutoCAD
  • Ability to consistently maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality in work
  • Working knowledge of transportation industry guidelines, manuals, and best practices
  • Ability to work cooperatively and productively in a team environment
  • Registered to act as an Engineer of Record with EGBC
  • Ability to manage projects and lead a team of engineers and designers
  • Working knowledge of traffic analysis software (eg. Synchro, SimTraffic, VISSIM, Sidra, AutoTURN, and/or HCS) are an asset
  • Minimum 4+ years of previous work experience in a Canadian transportation engineering environment is required. Previous experience working in a consulting environment is an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle preferred
  • An understanding of traffic operations and signal timing principles
