The incumbent will lead, direct, and coordinate all field activities for electrical systems, ensuring schedule adherence, safety, budget compliance, and quality as defined by contract documents, reporting to the Superintendent, Project Manager, and MEP Manager.
The role is situated in the Critical Facilities‑Data Centers division of Turner Construction, based in Minneapolis, MN, and requires 100 % travel on a full‑time assignment supporting advanced‑technology projects across data centers, pharmaceutical, industrial/manufacturing, and EV/battery/renewables market segments.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) and possess at least four years of relevant engineering experience with strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, business acumen, excellent communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and demonstrated leadership to build high‑performing teams.
The position entails occasional physical tasks such as climbing stairs, ladders, and using construction hoists, with the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and requires vision capabilities (close, peripheral, depth perception). The work environment is a construction site with exposure to moving parts, heights, fumes, weather, noise, and potential electrical hazards.
