Sell company products and services to customers visiting or calling into the branch by gathering information about their needs, providing technical assistance when required, quoting, soliciting orders, and suggesting additional products
Perform defined warehouse activities specific to the receipt, placement into inventory, selection for shipment, and shipment of stock
Drive and deliver product to various customer locations, if necessary
Controls the flow of material in and out of the warehouse
Verify back-orders and adjust inventory as needed
Receive/restock inventory accurately and promptly in designated storage areas or stock shelves
Check assigned equipment for proper operation/functionality and communicate problems to Supervisor/Manager
Assist Manager with daily tasks and projects as assigned
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, etc.
Participate in ongoing general housekeeping of warehouse
Pick/pack orders accurately and promptly
Check accuracy of Warehouse Associates work
Coordinate with territory Owner-Associates on daily routing requirements
Attend meetings and training sessions
Participate in safety initiatives as assigned
Processes appropriate queues inside the Kendall business system
Facilitate preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles
Monitor truck loading and unloading according to established procedures
Accurately identify and count inventory in assigned areas
Assist Warehouse Associates with work process questions and problems
Create positive relationships with customers; answering questions; and offering relevant information
Follow safe work habits and established safety procedures
Maintain quality and quantity performance and production standards
Ensure adequate staffing levels daily

Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day
