Form Setup: Construct and dismantle forms for concrete structures, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured.
Excavation: Perform excavation tasks to prepare sites for concrete construction, including digging trenches, and leveling.
Hazard Identification: Identify potential hazards in the work environment and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Mixing and Pouring: Prepare concrete mixtures according to specified ratios and pour concrete into forms or molds to create structures such as foundations, slabs, walls, and containment areas.
Following Instructions: Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and project managers accurately and efficiently to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, and supervisors to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process.
Equipment Operation: Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as excavators and skid steers to assist with excavation and construction tasks.
Repair: Perform repairs on damaged concrete structures, including patching cracks, resurfacing, and applying protective coatings to extend the lifespan of the structures.
Reinforcement Placement: Place and secure rebar and other reinforcing materials within the form according to design specifications to enhance the structural integrity of the concrete.

Finishing: Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using a variety of hand and power tools, including floats, trowels, and screeds, to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
Knowledge of forms and reinforcement practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Versatility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in concrete construction, preferably within an industrial setting.
Proficiency in concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
