Lead the SAP MM stream across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
Ensure master data quality, proper documentation, and process compliance.
Provide expertise on S/4HANA Cloud-specific functionalities, Fiori apps, and innovations in MM.
Lead S/4HANA migrations (greenfield or brownfield), ensuring smooth cutover and business continuity.
Drive integration and process alignment between SAP MM and Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle).
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend digital enhancements in procurement.
Manage and mentor a small team of consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, etc.).

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP MM Lead with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA (preferably Cloud Edition) and SAP Ariba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading MM-related initiatives, driving digital procurement transformation, and managing end-to-end implementations, including greenfield/brownfield migrations to S/4HANA. A strong ownership mindset, excellent communication, and collaborative skills are critical for success in this role.

Experience in Agile/Hybrid project environments.
Proven ability to take ownership, lead discussions, and drive deliverables independently.
8-12 years of experience in SAP MM, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP Ariba (integration or functional knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management).
Knowledge of compliance processes, audit requirements, and SOX controls in procurement.
Prior experience in system migrations from ECC to S/4HANA.
Minimum 1-2 end-to-end S/4HANA projects (preferably including Cloud edition).
BE/BTech in CS or IT .
SAP MM and/or Ariba Certification.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, procure-to-pay (P2P), inventory management, procurement contracts, release strategies, and invoice verification.
Deep understanding of business processes and ability to challenge the status quo to bring digital transformation.
