Develop quality prospects within the Spartan Tool business model;
Conduct all activities in accordance with established Spartan Tool policies and business conduct guidelines.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen significant relationships with key customer personnel at all levels;
Identify and qualify customers and conduct customer needs analysis to generate sales;
Responsible for meeting sales/market plan goals, which include new account development and account profitability;
Provide market intelligence to assist Spartan Tool to meet market demands;
Maintain regular communication with other Territory Managers for sales leads;

Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to spend significant time traveling to customers and prospect sites; May include substantial overnight travel in some markets

A minimum of 2 years of direct outside selling experience with industry knowledge of sewers/drains/plumbing
Solid presentation skills
