Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EHS)
Proven collaborator who builds trust in the field
2–4 years of construction safety experience (semiconductor or complex construction environments a plus)
OSHA 30 required
Excellent communicator who can engage effectively with craft workers, management, and clients
Comfortable addressing safety issues directly, professionally, and constructively
