-Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and safety protocols in all roofing and waterproofing activities -Lead the sales and estimating team for roofing and waterproofing projects, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction -Monitor sales performance metrics and report results to senior leadership -Work on high-profile, high-impact projects -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants within the roofing and construction industry -Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates, budgets, and proposals specifically for roofing and building envelope projects -Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for your team in roofing and estimating practices -Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of roofing and waterproofing projects -Track active bids and actively pursue the “CLOSE” (award) of projects. -Identify new business opportunities in the roofing market and develop strategies to expand market share

What You Bring

-Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset -Strong knowledge of roofing and waterproofing systems, materials, and construction processes -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills -3 - 5 years of proven experience in sales and estimating within the commercial roofing or construction industry -Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems -Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
