Lead and manage all workflow associated with developer, fire services, economic development, new service, and related programs of varying scope including coordination with internal engineering planning, operations, rates and regulatory, and legal, as well as external consultants, contractors, and developers from customer inquiry to closeout of projects.
Guide and serve as advisor to direct staff and other personnel requiring technical direction and adherence to Company processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with established Company and regulatory criteria, specifications and standards.

Sound knowledge of Engineering theory related to planning, design and operations concepts for water resource management facilities; Engineering and utility economics and knowledge of contract administration and construction technology related to water and wastewater facilities
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, construction technology, or business management.
Internal consulting skills e.g., technical, analytical, problem solving, etc
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in program management of engineering, operations, or new business functions of an organization.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Competent in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, flow-charting, project scheduling.
