Organize and support EHS audits, campaigns, and events at factories and project sites in alignment with corporate standards and best practices.
Represent Siemens Energy India at external EHS forums and engage with industry peers for benchmarking and knowledge exchange.

As an EHS MIS, Systems & Processes professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing Siemens Energy’s environmental, health, and safety (EHS) performance through robust systems, streamlined data management, and actionable analytics. You’ll work across business and execution units to ensure that compliance, certifications, and key EHS initiatives are supported through reliable reporting, digital tools, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Lead EHS data management and analytics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission across all execution units and business teams.
Act as a key interface between execution EHS heads and the corporate team, ensuring effective communication, follow-up, and performance monitoring.
Facilitate BRSR/ESG reporting and support the global sustainability and corporate reporting needs by providing structured, validated information.
Support EHS reviews at country and business levels by preparing insightful presentations, visual reports, and performance analytics.
Monitor and manage EHS dashboards and digital platforms like Quentic, Power BI, Excel, and internal systems; ensure data quality and usability for all reporting.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites, factories, and external forums, although the role is primarily desk-based.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/Diploma) or BSc in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, along with a recognized EHS qualification such as M. Tech in Industrial Safety or ADIS from a State Technical Board.
Internal Auditor certification (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) and NEBOSH certification will be added advantage.
Proficient in Quentic, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other digital platforms for real-time data tracking and business intelligence.
Sound knowledge of EHS regulatory landscape in India and experience with external audits and government reporting will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills to drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple units and stakeholders.
You bring 10–15 years of experience in EHS management, with a solid background in MIS, compliance systems, audits, and digital tools.
You have demonstrated expertise in data analytics, EHS dashboards, ISO compliance support, and reporting to leadership at country or corporate level.
