Description

• Manage job delivery within time and budget constraints
• Maintain proactive client communication
• Keep claims up-to-date, update stakeholders
• Coordinate insurance repair claims ($1-$100k+)
• Engage with subcontractors and homeowners
• Ensure timely, safe, and budget-compliant project completion
• Allocate repairs to subcontractors
• Handle multiple claims simultaneously
• Meet/exceed Australian building standards
• Build rapport with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building legislation, safety, and environmental standards
• Ensure quality outcomes within budget and timeline
• Oversee invoicing and retention for complex/high-risk work
• Conduct cost-effective tendering processes

Requirements

• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Successful track record in a related industry
• Monday to Friday office-based position in the CBD area
• Ability to predict monthly financial outcomes accurately
• Knowledge of building practices
• Understanding of insurance procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with project management software
