-Coordinate and oversee inhouse and subcontracted field teams. -Author and reviewer of technical evidenceled reports, including compliance with our quality assurance processes -Provide technical management and specialist input to catchment investigations and naturebased solutions for both smallscale and large, multiplediscipline infrastructure projects. -Continuous development of our services to establish and maintain a marketleading position. -Build client relationships and develop new business opportunities across the UK and overseas. -Mentoring of junior staff and strengthening relationships with other disciplines
