Develop and nurture a network of external collaborators (directors, DPs, editors, photographers) within Montreal’s production community;
Organize and maintain the internal media library to ensure efficient access and reuse of assets;
Produce and execute in-house media content (video, photo, digital assets) for both paid and organic channels;
Lead or support studio and on-location shoots, overseeing directors of photography/shoots, technical crews, and talent;
Collaborate with the Creative Director, designers, and media/marketing strategists to ensure each deliverable aligns with brand identity and performance objectives;
Manage the full production process from ideation to delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and on-set supervision;
Coordinate set design, prop sourcing, and visual styling to match campaign direction;
Analyze creative performance and optimize future productions for stronger visual impact and better campaign results.
