We are seeking a problem‑solver with a passion for real estate and market research to join our Advisory team as a Consultant. The ideal candidate brings experience in real estate development, homebuilding, and market research, and is familiar with all land uses, especially residential. You must be able to manage shifting priorities, multitask to meet deadlines, and contribute to the synthesis of conclusions and key recommendations.
- Combine creative and analytical thinking to drive solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or related field (graduate degree a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, consulting, or the home‑building industry preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with professionals at all levels.
- Limited travel (usually not more than 10%), with a valid driver’s license for field work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
