

Provides water and wastewater services across East England, focusing on sustainability and innovation.
The advisor will work within the Flood Risk Team to manage local flood risk and surface‑water challenges, partnering with Risk Management Authorities, local councils, the Environment Agency and other stakeholders to develop collaborative solutions.
Reporting to the Strategic Flood Partnerships Manager, the advisor will represent Anglian Water at regional forums, help identify and deliver partnership‑funded schemes, and champion Sustainable Drainage Systems and Nature‑based Solutions.
Successful candidates will have operational or service‑focused experience, or a relevant HNC/Degree, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, proven project management abilities, knowledge of flood‑risk legislation and SuDS, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

The Flood Partnerships Advisor role offers a salary of around £45,000, dependent on experience, on a permanent full‑time contract (37 hours) with part‑time flexibility. The position is based in Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex or Huntingdon, with travel across the Anglian Water region.
