- Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation feasibility and identify any necessary modifications or challenges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, making on-the-spot decisions to maintain project progress.
- Maintain accurate records of completed installations, including materials used and hours worked.
- Install a wide range of fireplaces, including wood-burning and gas models, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, local building codes, and industry standards.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
- NFI Certification highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate with teams and customers.
- Strong understanding of fireplace installation techniques, building codes, and safety regulations recommended before applying.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, and operate power tools required.
- Proven experience as a Fireplace Installer, with demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and installation guidelines.
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must.
