Meet with clients to develop ongoing relationships and determine clients’ project goals.
Coordinate with Project Managers and direct junior team members in correctly documenting design.
Coordinate Interior Design team for spec buildings in order to provide cohesive design.
Responsible for developing design options for both site and buildings.
Follow projects from inception through construction in order to maintain design quality and intent.

Requirements

15+ years

Understand Work plan/budget for projects and be able to meet the expectations for hours and deliverable.
Knowledge of key parameters of various product types for both site design and building design is essential.
Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred.
Ability to create complete design presentation package is essential.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in Commercial Architecture Design is preferred.
Licensed Architect is preferred.
Adobe Suite and SketchUp experience is essential.
Basic computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
