Assist and coordinate the tender process including issuing documents, managing queries, receiving submissions, collation of responses, comparison matrices, assessments and recommendations.
Assist and undertake contract management, assessment of variations, extensions of time, contract correspondence, compliance with contract obligations.
Assist with the planning, implementation and management of project schedules, workshops, user group meetings, technical reviews, design meetings / workshops, site meetings, project control group meetings, including preparation of agenda’s, meeting minutes and associated reporting and close out of actions.
Liaising with Internal & External Stakeholders and Authorities in obtaining the relevant approvals.
Facilitate and assist the onboarding and contract execution for selected partners, including Consultant Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and other Service Provider Contracts.

Assist with the preparation, implementation, management and tracking of Project Documentation / Contract Deliverables and ensure timely submission in line with project milestones.
Support the review, distribution of design documentation, ensuring compliance with contract documents, version control and traceability via document registers and supporting software
Manage the processing of invoices, variations, and payment schedules
Assist with the preparation of project budgets, manage tracking and cost reporting, including detailed forecasting, risk identification and cashflows
Assist in the preparation of procurement strategies and documentation for design and engineering consultants, contractors and major supplier equipment.
Assisting with the preparation of handover documentation and contract / project / phase close out requirements.
Ensure all project documentation complies with internal and external standards

Experience integrating project co-ordination, management methodologies, particularly supporting early stage design and project activities associated with complex projects (i.e. pharmaceutical, defence, industrial, commercial, medium to high density residential or mixed-use projects)
Experience in the Construction, infrastructure or engineering industry
Sound financial acumen and confidence with numbers including use of financial software and excel.
Competent in understanding of the project management and construction or development industry
Experience and ability to utilize project management software and tools, including and not limited to Microsoft Office Products, SharePoint, Oracle (previously Aconex), Procore and other management and reporting systems.
Experience representing both the developer and the builder to enable establishment of relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Stakeholders and Consultancy organisations
Completed / or in progress with relevant tertiary studies in Building / Construction Management, Cost or Project Management or Engineering
Experience working in the Data Centre space ideal
Ideally 24 to 36 months in an administrative or project support role
