Ensure all employees, contractors and visitors follow site safety procedures.
Support compliance with Company Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Monitor material levels and ensure sufficient stock is available for production needs.
Ensure full compliance with policies covering health & safety, environment, quality and fraud.
Report any issues affecting safety, environmental performance, product quality or customer service.
Carry out regular plant inspections and ensure all routine maintenance and cleaning is completed to required standards.
Inspect incoming materials and conduct weekly visual stock checks.
Liaise with the Order Office, plant team and customers to ensure concrete/mortar is produced to required standards, delivering optimum output and service.
Maintain cleanliness of plant mechanisms, buildings, equipment and facilities in line with company instructions.
Review work methods, plant utilisation and resources to maximise efficiency.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge and attend training as required.
Ensure waste disposal, water discharge and dust control comply with Environmental Procedures.
Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and Company Safety Policy.
Operate the batching plant and FEL to company standards, ensuring high site presentation.
Ensure operations follow Group and Regional Procedures and prevent fraudulent activity.
Conduct routine maintenance, report defects and record actions.

Experience within concrete, quarrying or plant operations is desirable, but training will be provided
