Construction Laborer (HERMOSA)

Description

• Work outdoors in all seasons, standing, walking, and carrying tools/materials (10‑50 lb)
• Communicate clearly with teammates, operators, and supervisors using hand signals and radios
• Provide work‑zone traffic control as a trained flagger
• Use shovels, brooms, and hand tools to assist earth‑work operations
• Haul, carry, and set up HDPE pipe for pre‑wet operations
• Perform safe labor on 2:1 slopes and rough terrain
• Operate hand tools and equipment in accordance with company policies

Requirements

The Construction Laborer role on earth‑moving projects varies daily, ranging from certified traffic‑control flagger to setting rip‑rap, installing sprinkler systems, and handling hand tools in muddy conditions. This position provides hands‑on experience with equipment and field labor.
