Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for
Ensure all proper relevant paperwork is reviewed and given to the foremen
Must take all service and leak calls and maintain on-call status 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
Identification, training and coaching future Foreman and Superintendents
Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews
Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress
Daily review of project progress with the foremen and review of field reports
Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity
Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone
