5–8 years of progressive experience in health and safety roles, preferably in construction.
Professional safety certifications (e.g. CRSP, CRST, CHSO, NCSO).
Strong knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation (e.g., OHSA).
Ability to obtain OPP Level 4 security clearances.
Experience with large-scale or multi-trade construction projects.
Demonstrated experience with subcontractor management, onboarding, and training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
