Description

The Night Auditor provides overnight front‑desk coverage, ensuring the hotel remains operational during non‑standard hours.

This position involves managing nightly financial activities and upholding the hotel's service standards.

• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Process all check‑ins and check‑outs according to hotel standards.
• Follow payment, cash handling, and credit policies and procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
• Balance revenue and expense transactions during the audit shift.
• Perform all front‑desk functions throughout the night.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, demonstrable customer‑service experience, and basic proficiency with computer systems; fluency in English and Spanish is a valuable asset.

• Demonstrate strong communication and guest‑service skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions is beneficial.
