- Possess a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in commissioning electrical systems, particularly in substations and renewable energy projects.
- Proficient in using testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Understand the critical technical aspects of projects, implementation, and integration for complex systems.
- Willing to travel and work at various project sites throughout Australia.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in offering solutions to technical challenges. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including effective influencing, motivation, and delegation skills.
- Ability to work well with others to deliver as a team.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and relevant standards.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Site experience/ experience in projects being constructed and commissioned.
