Senior Manager, Supply Chain

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain supports the planning, development, and implementation of risk-managed, cost-effective flow of goods and services to meet project and business needs. This position plays a key role in ensuring effective execution of Supply Chain activities and strong supplier relationships for the Canada West region. The Senior Manager will provide hands-on leadership, project-focused governance, and functional support with a primary emphasis on the successful project delivery of a key large project (EPCM), while contributing to continuous improvement, consistency, and excellence in project performance.

• Act as a key escalation point for Supply Chain–related challenges on the major project, balancing cost, schedule, risk, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, and Project Delivery) to ensure Supply Chain solutions are fully integrated into project execution.
• Support negotiations and management of contracts, purchase orders, and other commitments and assist in resolving claims and commercial disputes.
• Promote a strong internal customer focus to ensure Supply Chain outcomes meet project and business objectives.
• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of supply chain processes, methodologies, and tools across the Canada West region, with a focus on delivery excellence.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of digital tools, innovation, and performanceenhancing practices.
• Contribute to pursuits, proposals, and strategies for future large projects by sharing project experience and Supply Chain insights.
• Deliver costeffective and riskmanaged outcomes, continuously seeking opportunities to improve supplier performance and project results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit) businesses to support Worley’s and client’s commitments and social license.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to the Supply Chain team to build regional capability and highperformance culture.
• Provide daytoday operational management of Supply Chain activities for a major project, ensuring compliance with governance requirements, company policies, and project standards.
• Serve as the primary Supply Chain leader for a major project, ensuring effective subcontracting, procurement, and supplier management in alignment with project goals.
