Caregivers work full‑time on a Sunday‑to‑Thursday shift (2:00 pm‑10:00 pm) and are responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, transportation, mealtime support, and safety checks while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
- Execute signature programs in dining, fitness, wellness, and care
- Respond promptly and kindly to resident needs while preserving dignity
- Read and follow care plans to provide appropriate care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and bathroom needs
- Support residents during meals, including selection and serving
- Transport residents safely using proper lifting techniques
- Perform regular safety checks on residents
- Encourage participation in daily activities like bed making and laundry
- Lead residents in meaningful, enriching activities
- Maintain cleanliness, laundry, and community duties as assigned
- Manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per medical orders
- Document incidents and changes in condition, notifying supervisors immediately
- Carry walkie‑talkies and respond to alerts and emergencies
- Ensure safety during fire drills and other safety procedures
- Promote teamwork through open communication across departments
- Treat residents, families, and guests with tact and friendliness
- Follow MBK policies on meal breaks and rest periods
- Meet all state regulatory requirements
