Grow, develop and manage dams and reservoirs engineering capability within the practice.
Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
Setting quality assurance standards in design.
Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.

Currently are or close to being an All-Reservoir Pannel Engineer (APRE).
In depth knowledge of current UK design standards, guidance and working practices including the Reservoirs Act.
knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering as applied to the management and design of dams and reservoirs and their associated hydraulic structures.
Chartered Civil Engineer.
Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
