Facilitate the management of the project close-out process to obtain critical project data for marketing / business development purposes
Partner with graphics and content teams to enhance CRM visuals and templates.
Manage annual reviews of CRM content and update as needed.
Maintain and cleanse CRM databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
Generate reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and Power BI to support marketing and business development goals.
Co-lead training initiatives for CRM modules including Projects, Resumes, and Knowledge Base.
Work closely with Market Leaders and Business Development teams to track client relationships and initiatives.

Implement CRM best practices to streamline operations and improve user experience across departments.
Identify and recommend process improvements, including integrations with third-party tools and datasets.
