The role: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training across Protection & Control systems. You’ll handle customer queries, assist with project execution (FAT/SAT/commissioning), and ensure high-quality service delivery for major UK utilities and industrial clients.
- Support sales and operations teams with technical advice and solution design
- Deliver training and technical guidance to internal and external teams
- Resolve customer application and system issues using sound engineering judgment
- Conduct system testing, and commissioning support
- Manage fault reports and customer feedback to drive service excellence
