Proactively escalate and resolve high-impact supplier or project issues
Act as the “voice of the business” back into SCM IMS Function.
Provide clear, executive-ready communication on risks, opportunities, and performance.
Advise on sourcing strategies for major CAPEX projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Scout, evaluate, and recommend strategic suppliers and innovations relevant to CAPEX.
Champion adoption of digital tools and transformation initiatives at the executive level.
Work closely with key functions like real estate etc. to drive negotiations with suppliers to realize cost reduction.
Lead or oversee critical supplier negotiations where executive sponsorship is required.
Ensure compliance and risk frameworks are understood and embedded in leadership decisions.
Prepare executive briefing packs with data-driven recommendations.
Translate corporate procurement strategies into regionally relevant plans.
Deliver regional insights on market trends, supplier risks, and regulatory shifts to executives.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Lead CAPEX and sourcing projects with clear planning, stakeholder alignment and risk controls to ensure timely and strategic delivery.
Anticipate business needs, articulate procurement’s value, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
Driving vendor consolidation and vendor sourcing for related functions.
Drive adoption of new tools and processes, enabling smooth transitions and building confidence in digital transformations.
Provide subject matter expertise in CAPEX procurement and investment projects.
Build and manage trusted relationships with CFO, COO, CHRO, and other senior leaders.

Should have 8+ years of work experience of which minimum 5 years in a Supply Chain Role around CAPEX and Strategic Sourcing in a company.
Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and optimally in a matrix organization and with very little oversight and direction.
Ability to lead initiatives and promote acceptance across units and product lines management.
Detailed knowledge in managing Indirect Materials and Services, for example for Facilities, Real Estate, etc.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with C-level executives as well as rank and file in the SCM organization.
Solid knowledge of different supply chains and logistics structures in large corporates.
Supply Chain Certification is nice to have.
Qualification of bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain Process related to Indirect Categories such as: Facilities, Real Estate, etc.
