FPMG is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its 344‑unit apartment community in Folsom, CA. The role includes participation in an on‑call rotation and follows a Monday‑Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
Maintenance staff are essential to community success, handling repairs of any size, assessing work for make‑ready units, and completing work orders efficiently. They proactively address preventative maintenance, interact with resident requests, prioritize tasks, and use initiative to solve problems, ensuring residents feel appreciated.
