Procurement of Equipment’s related to 132KV/220KV PSS & GSS.
Preparation of Purchase order against finalised supplier/contractor.
Preparation of work procedure for monitoring of Supply/Service activities on pre oder/post order management, material control plan, Inspection coordination & expediting.
Identification of supplier/vendor, rate negotiation, order finalization & issuance, and timely material delivery.
Support of prepare the purchase orders in the ERP
Co-ordinate QA inspection Team for compliances and timely issuance of MDCC.
Procurement of material of Transmission line up to 400KV.
Plan a cross-functional role in RFP preparation, vendor identification - shortlisting – selection, contract negotiations and closures.
Post award Subcontractor managements including Mobilization, BG submissions, Claim settlements & Dispute resolutions etc.
Monitor and measure suppliers’ performance and re-evaluation.
Expedite documents routing for approval
Consult and provide project support for evaluating and processing EPC contract change orders
Contract negotiation & Preparation of Contracts with vendors / suppliers forswitchyard / transmission lines/ bay extension in view of all legal, commercial & technical aspects.
Bottom-Up cost estimation for PSS, GSS & TL Works of substations upto 220KV.
Ensure continuity of supply and compliance with contracting policy in managing ad-hoc business requirements.
Cost optimization, cost saving through CBA and market trend study & Provide market data to support supplier selection, qualification, and on-going performance management
Update the daily basis material tracker.
Analyse responses to bid requests and RFPs, identify and summarize commercial differences, and make succinct recommendations in selecting appropriate suppliers for contract awards

Able to provide necessary inputs/ solution (VENDOR-BOM-BOQ-COSTING matrix) to D&E and Business Development Teams to achieve lowest possible LCOE.
Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong knowledge on EHV contractual terms & conditions.
Knowledge of IS codes and industry practices.
Ability to work independently with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Supply Chain management, Subcontracts, MIS Reporting.
Should have strong network among suppliers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Minimum 7 years of Experience in supply chain management of Power Transformers, transmission Line & Switchyard A,B & C class material & Services experience is must.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across India.
Aware of volatility in commodity pricing and conducting procurement of materials and services at industry’s most competitive terms
Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
