- Monitor and report on progress of remediation projects to clients
- Meet with clients onsite to assess damage and provide estimates
- Work closely with project managers to understand their remediation needs and expectations
- Manage and implement property damage remediation across all of our services
- Ensure that all remediation work is carried out to Superior's high standards of quality and safety
- Schedule and coordinate work crews to carry out remediation projects
- Manage budgets and timelines for remediation projects

- Must have a truck, van, or SUV with the ability to haul equipment
- Live currently in the U.S
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

- ONBOARDING VIDEO TRAINING WITH LIVE VENDOR REP IS REQUIRED BEFORE WORKORDERS CAN BE ISSUED

- Must have your own tools and be capable of working independently
- Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment
- Ability to navigate online portal
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a reliable, punctual attitude!
- Preferred: At least 5+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or similar trades
- **Flexible Schedule:** Work Monday to Friday, with the option of weekends as needed or available
