Production OperativeLocation - Mells, SomersetStarting Salary ranges from £29,418 to £32,150 + Benefits (salary rises annually, based upon experience). You will be trained in and required to use a range of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will work in an environment where safety, quality and efficiency are key to yours and the company's ongoing success. You will work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday (6.00am to 2.00pm), with occasional overtime on Saturdays (6.00am to 2:00pm) with 1.5 x overtime rates applied and paid). Flexibility on shift patterns and overtime work will be rewarded, as this site is key to the success of our business, with an ever-growing customer demand and production targets to match.After 12-months service, and your successful transition to level 2, you will be rewarded with an increased basic salary including shift allowance, plus incentives and benefits.What are the mission-critical skills?
