Proven ability to source, negotiate, and secure assets with landlords or real estate groups.
Based in Riyadh or Jeddah (or willing to travel between both).
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching team members.
4+ years of experience in real estate, supply sourcing, or commercial roles.
Strong negotiation and landlord relationship skills.
Strong negotiation skills with a clear commercial mindset.
Experience using CRM tools to track supply and inventory.
Ability to set and enforce quality, pricing, and execution standards.
Experience leading or mentoring teams.
