Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to mechanical integrity.
Quality control checks/audits of work and deliverables for timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to MI program guidelines and procedures. Audits may include maintenance records and/or third-party vendor records relevant to the design or testing of relief devices.
Collaborate with clients to develop mechanical integrity programs tailored to their operational needs.
Interfacing and providing leadership and support for capital projects, process engineering, and contractors supporting MI program development.
Supporting clientele in defining, implementing, and sustaining risk management initiatives identified to deliver continuous improvement and compliance with industry/regulatory changes associated with MI.
Review client information to identify, track, and report MI trends on equipment.
Lead MI program activities such as training process, project, and reliability engineers on MI processes and procedures.
Integration of management systems supporting MI for fixed equipment, relief systems, and rotating equipment.
Provide strong collaboration support with the OGC sales team.
Coordinating/consulting with client maintenance, operations, and project groups to deliver MI program deliverables.
Supporting the AIM team objectives

Familiarity with API, ASME, NACE, NBIC, NFPA.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally - 25 – 50%.
Ability to learn the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.
Ability to write reports detailing assessments and results.
Demonstrated ability in the practical application of 29 CFR 1910.119 regulations, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31 series Piping Codes, API 579, and ANSI/NB-23 National Board Inspection Code.
Industrial inspection, operations, and maintenance experience
Strong leadership skills and ability to work unsupervised.
Working knowledge of API 510, 570, 572, 574, 576, 580, and 581 codes or recommended practices.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
Ability to multi-task and work in a growing environment.
Plant engineering and process improvement experience.
Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in mechanical reliability, tank/vessel/piping inspections, or design and MI program management.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally - 50 – 75%.
