You will purchase, plan, schedule, and implement enhancement projects while supervising all service activities and managing crew quality control according to contract and client specifications. You will assist the Account Manager during the estimating phase, communicate job changes to Account Managers, and build strong relationships with property managers or client representatives.
You will hire, train, and develop enhancement crews to work efficiently and safely, using the latest industry technology to manage teams, schedule crews, track hours, and stay within budget. You will lead weekly safety trainings, perform monthly truck safety audits, follow company safety protocols, and coordinate with Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety, and the Field Support Team to ensure seamless workflow.
We prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree in horticulture, turfgrass, or a related field, though an associate degree or relevant experience is also considered. Required knowledge includes landscape installation, low‑voltage lighting, irrigation, drainage, hardscape installation, reading construction drawings, and managing crews. Additional skills include identifying plant, insect, and disease issues, proficiency with Crew Mobile and Aspire scheduling, and a challenge‑oriented mindset; Spanish is a plus.
