Mentor and develop other employees.
Collaborate with HDR technical leaders, operations leaders, market sector directors, project managers, and project teams to deliver world class quality services.

Master’s degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or similar combination of relevant education and experience

Ability to interact with various design professionals, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write reports that summarize spatial analyses and communicate findings with charts, tables and narrative

Proven experience managing projects, client relationships, proposal development, and business development
Proficient with Microsoft Office and conferencing platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, etc.)
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to serve as a GIS project leader including development of technical approach, budget, scheduling, and quality assurance
A minimum of 8 years of practical GIS experience; an advanced degree in relevant field may offset 4 years of experience
