As a Lineperson with Ledcor, you'll work on an aerial crew in large‑scale fiber‑to‑the‑home construction projects. You'll plan and execute work, ensure safety, and guide your team to meet project goals while operating from bucket trucks to install cable equipment. The role involves daily planning and execution of both aerial and underground fiber construction, ensuring cables meet engineering specifications and industry standards.
The position requires meeting physical demands such as climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights in various weather conditions. Travel throughout West Virginia may be required, and a valid state driver’s license with a clear abstract is mandatory.
